Everything you need to know about running media buying campaigns on DarkCore's tracker and CRM.

What is DarkCore?

DarkCore is a tracker and CRM built for media buying teams — not a single-vertical tool. It combines campaign tracking, Facebook account management, and a finance ledger in one platform, so gambling, nutra, dating, and crypto teams all run on the same system. Everything from click data to real deposits and payouts lives in one place instead of three disconnected tools.

How is it different from a plain tracker like Keitaro or Binom?

Standalone trackers only tell you what happened on the click — DarkCore also tells you what happened to the money. It layers a real finance and CRM system with double-entry accounting, buyer and agent management, and Facebook account controls directly on top of tracking data. Auto-rules can act on actual confirmed deposits from your CRM, not just tracker postbacks, which plain trackers can't see.

Is DarkCore self-hosted or cloud?

DarkCore is fully managed cloud — there's no server to provision, patch, or scale. You create an account and start tracking; we handle uptime, infrastructure, and updates. That means no VPS bills, no DevOps hires, and no downtime risk from a box you forgot to maintain.

Which verticals does DarkCore support?

Any vertical — gambling, nutra, dating, crypto, and beyond. Instead of hardcoding one funnel, DarkCore lets you define custom conversion types and metrics per vertical, so a casino's deposit funnel and a nutra offer's upsell funnel each get their own accurate numbers. Reports, auto-rules, and finance all read from the same registry, whatever you're running.

How does DarkCore work with Facebook?

Connect your Facebook ad accounts directly and DarkCore pulls spend automatically, so ROI numbers update without manual exports. It also monitors token and account health, lets you pause or adjust campaigns from inside the platform, and runs auto-rules that react to real deposits confirmed in your CRM — not just clicks or tracker events.

Can I use my own PWA and Keitaro at the same time?

Yes. Your own PWA and your existing Keitaro setup can both feed data into DarkCore as tracker sources at the same time. All the traffic gets unified into one analytics and finance view, so you're not stitching together spreadsheets from two systems to see the full picture.

What's in the finance and CRM layer?

DarkCore runs a real double-entry ledger, so every deposit, payout, and spend line reconciles instead of just being estimated. It manages buyers, agents, and access permissions, tracks salaries and settlements, and gives you actual P&L per offer, geo, or team member. Finance and tracking share one data source, so the numbers always match.

How do custom metrics work?

You define the events that matter for your vertical — a specific deposit tier, an upsell, a subscription renewal — and DarkCore tracks them as first-class metrics. Because the tracker and finance pull from one shared registry of conversion types, a metric you define shows up consistently in reports, auto-rules, and P&L without re-entering it three times.

How does traffic quality filtering work?

Every visit is checked before the destination page is shown, screening for bots, datacenter traffic, and other invalid requests using multiple detection layers. Each layer — device, network, behavior — reports its own pass and block stats, so you can see exactly what's being filtered and adjust rules per stream or offer. The goal is clean traffic reaching real users, with full visibility into what got filtered and why.
